Young woman with bracelets

There is sometimes a dialogue between the sculpture and its creator. This seated young woman, born from clay, refused to dry without breaking her right wrist, until I grew weary and exposed the barbotine welding. From this moment, the clay has dried without difficulty until firing. She had obtained what, in her mutinous and decided manner, she insisted so insistently: her bracelets, which you find on her crossed hands in her bronze version.
